No energy and no inspiration

I have been suffering from blah! blah! blah! for a couple months now. I can’t for the life of me get inspired for longer than 5 minutes. I think maybe just going back to the basics and doing some very simple quilts will be what it is going to take to get me going again. I have been looking at books and magazines and watching my quilt videos and nothing is making a difference yet. I have been in this way before and I will get past it but I want to create so badly that it is really hard to just sit here and do nothing. Any ideas?
